Ella, 7, had a big week as she lost her first top front tooth (isn't she lovely?) and proved herself to be stellar "buddy" material after successfully changing Sarge's diapers and getting him dressed. It's a beautiful thing from the Lord to have daughters who delight in caring for babies, who see these tiny ones as gifts from His hand, who will often reply, when asked to do something, "But I'm holding a baby." (Because we all know that trumps
everything.)
It looks like Sarge is pretty happy, too.
I love reading your posts about your sweet babies! They always remind of my own and remind of the sweetness to enjoy during these little years!

Thank you so much, Michelle. It's encouraging to know you're here. :) Enjoy your newest little one. Thanks be to God for such a wonderful gift!
DeleteWhat precious smiles-it makes my heart smile too. It is such a gift when a sibling loves to care for another-makes me happy as a mom when that happens. Love you all-hope Ink is doing well today in his recovery.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jill. It does warm my heart when my children love one another with the love of Christ. Thank you for your prayers for Ink. Today the swelling is increasing. We're thankful for every mercy from the LORD. I love you!
DeleteMs Ella would be lovely with no teeth, just look at Sarge ;)
ReplyDeleteYou are so right! Ha! Praise the LORD for those teeth, though, and thank you for the laugh. Love you!
DeleteSweet pix, dear Trisha. Your littles smiles always give one to me.
ReplyDeleteAnd your comments always warm and encourage my heart. I love you, Jojo!
