Please pray for my cousin, Michele. She's been battling multiple myeloma (cancer) for quite a few years now. Currently, she's in remission, having just finished up her last round of chemotherapy. However, last night she was rushed to the hospital suffering from heart failure. Her heart actually stopped, but they were able to get it started again. She was told that if she'd arrived a minute later, it would have been too late.
She's only 44 and has two children, one in college and one in high school. The hospital is keeping her in the cardiac icu, and she is on dialysis. She is a Christian and loves the LORD.
I know there are those of you who read this blog and never comment. I'm counting on many of you to please pray for my dear cuz and her family. Please pray for God's healing and complete restoration. Please pray for strength for her husband and children. Please pray that all of them would find peace and comfort in trusting in God's sovereign Hand and His love for them.

Trish, thanks so much for requesting prayer for Michele. She just called me from the hospital. She is doing better but feels really weak. They won't let David stay with her overnight so

they know for sure yet why her heart stopped. She said she never had any chest pain but was vomiting prior to going to the ER and she couldn't breath or walk. She told me she thought she was having a stroke. I'm sure she is hoping she will go home tomorrow but I hope they keep her for at least another night. Thank you very much for your prayers. She feels that God has given her another miracle by her getting to the hospital before it was too late. God is good!
