I don't have to create photo opportunities in this house. They just happen.
Cap'n decided he'd make do with a basket since he wasn't getting a recliner any time soon. The pillow was already waiting for him, courtesy of his thoughtful sisters, and the Babies book? His choice.
And while he won't be watching God part the Red Sea, we do wonder if he's got a bit of preacher in him. Last night, while leafing through his sister's Bible, he paused a bit to pound his fists on the table. I kid you not.
But he was smiling while he did it.
These are the best kinds of photo opportunities - life happening! Love the creativity of his reading nook, and pounding the fists...cracked me up.
ReplyDeleteHow adorable is this!! The unplanned pics we manage to get are just priceless. HUGS to you today!
ReplyDeleteLOL!! He is just full of personality. Cracks me up. Glad his sister was so thoughtful to leave a pillow. I have a picture of Analeigh asleep on top of a pile of clean clothes in a basket-I also have one of the dog the same way. lol
ReplyDeleteLove you-hope you have a great day.
Hugs
Jill
PS My word verification on here today is coping-I thought that was appropriate interesting, kind of how I feel.

ReplyDeleteYour little Moses brings back memories of my not-so-little one.
Just love it! Those candid pictures are often the best. He is happy in his little world right there, and it's wonderful when we can capture it.
ReplyDeleteMade me laugh. First chuckle of the day.
ReplyDeleteLove to you,
JOjo
So precious! Enjoy your pictures and posts so much! Blessings!
ReplyDeleteIf we just lived closer I'd be begging you to let me babysit! So, so precious...
ReplyDeleteYou have such gorgeous children, Trisha! Love these photos - and love the fact that he already loves books. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment on my blog a little while ago. I'm sorry I have been remiss in updating my blog - your comment gave me the "push" I needed to make me write a post, so I did so a few days ago; you can catch up on how things are going over here, if you'd like.
((Hugs))
Ha! Absolutely priceless! I love how he is looking so very focused! Thanks for sharing him with us, Trisha!
ReplyDeleteThe pictures of your family always bring a big smile to my face. Thank you for sharing, Trisha! Much love to you :)
ReplyDeleteWay too cute. I think that those 'candid' shots look much sweeter than the posed ones! you coudn't have made it look that great if you'd wanted to! :) Well, at least he'll have a smile on his face while driving home his point! :)
