Be Inspired

My Reaches Up inspires me...I do wish I had his youthful brain cells and that I had started memorizing God's Word when I was younger in such large passages as he is doing at 6 years old. It's never too late, though! We hope you'll be inspired to hide more of God's Word in your hearts as you watch him recite all of James Chapter 1. To God be the glory!

  3. Wow Luke! That was a great job. I am very inspired. It has been a long time since I memorized a whole chapter and I'm sad to say that I don't remember all of it anymore. I am trying to get back into the habit of memorizing God's Word. You did such a good job. Keep up the hard work. Love you Reaches Up!

  6. Great job, Luke! I watched your video and God has given you a great ability to memorize whole chapters of His Word. I hope you keep up the good work. I have memorized Ps 121 and 23 and 1. Now I think I start James 1 today.
Thanks for the encouragement on the video it really got me thinking that I, too, should memorize James 1. You really paid attention to the camera and didn't get distracted by other things. I hope your family is doing well. See you Sunday. Love, Mark

  7. To God be the Glory, Luke. What a wonderful gift God has given you to be able, from a young age, to memorize such long passages. Yes!, keep reviewing all you have learned so you don't forget a bit of His wonderful Word.
Thank you for being willing to have the video made. My boys were very encouraged by your sharing of James 1. I have been working on memorizing that chapter too. Now Mark wants to start it as well. Who do you think will be done first Mark or me? Mark is a pretty good memorizer so I think it might be him (though I have a long head start).
We'll try to remember to let you know when we get it memorized. Thanks for sharing!
